GQ Magazine Says ‘Tems Is Too Cold’ As She Serves Up Bold Looks On GQ HYPE Latest Cover

Nigerian singer-songwriter Temilade Openiyi, known by her stage name as Tems, is the latest cover star for GQ HYPE.

In this new magazine issue of GQ, music star Tems talks about her childhood, upbringing and humble beginnings. She spoke about working with top artists such as Beyoncé, Drake, Future and Wizkid, and the impact their collaborations had on her career.

Tems also shares what it feels like to be in the spotlight worldwide in the music industry, touring and her plans on how she is preparing for the next era in her career.

On the cover, the beauty is as chic as can be with a printed Nanushka scarf, bold Balenciaga sunglasses and a must-have Boodles sparkly ring. Her makeup is a stunning flashback to the #Y2K beauty trend with fluttering lashes, bold glossy lips and gorgeous polished skin.

GQ wrote on Instagram

“Tems is way too chill. She worked with Beyoncé, Drake and Future. Adele is a fan. So is Barack Obama. The world is crying out for a piece of Nigeria’s greatest music star. But @TemsBaby? She is quite relaxed about it.”
