GoodSkin Clinics is Hiring a Full Time Receptionist / Executive Office Assistant / Skin Care Consultant in Los Angeles, CA

Complete discretion and privacy is an absolute must at GoodSkin Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills, be very detail oriented and can also multitask, especially in stressful situations.

The right person really adds to our current team and evolves with the company over the long term, not just come in and get a job done.

Part-time position:
We are open from Monday to Saturday; the position is for 5 days (8 hour days).

A fee:
The base salary starts at $19 per hour.

Training dates / start dates:
ASAP

Main responsibilities:
● Scheduling customer appointments and following up on customers by phone and email.
● Manage professional and personal agenda for office.
● Manage all correspondence (calls/emails/texts) with high profile clients.
● Responsible for high volume bookings and travel management.
● Informing customers about the treatments we offer, how they work, the expected results and how much they cost, in a non-robotic way.
● Consumer sales obligations. Ideally suited for an experienced “closer” in selling products available in the office to clients.
● Run errands and tasks for the office, and occasionally for the CEO.
● Perform daily office work.
● Order supplies and assist other team members when available to ensure operations run smoothly.
● An ongoing relationship with patient service/satisfaction – Making sure they are satisfied and that their questions or concerns are answered promptly, including on weekends and outside office hours.

Conditions:
● Self-motivated and the ability to work in a team is a MUST.
● Comfortable working in a very busy environment.
● Be computer literate and proficient in Google Calendar and Excel.
● Be willing to take initiative and be assertive.
● Patients expect you to know the answers to all their questions; therefore, confidence in the delivery is a must.
● Can take good leadership and constructive criticism.
● Come up with creative ideas and participate in bigger picture conversations when it comes to long-term vision.
● Be intuitive to people’s needs and show emotional intelligence as well as foresight.
● First of all, know how to correspond effectively and quickly.
● Willing to work late.
● Maintaining successful customer relationships.
● Be reliable, responsible and trustworthy.
● Have a proactive, positive and result-oriented attitude to work.
● Courteous and friendly attitude.
● To have a passion, love, knowledge and curiosity for skin, beauty and the future of physical aesthetics.
● Flexibility to handle different types of requests.
● Prompt, with an ultimate eye for detail and strict organizational skills.
● Must have at least 2 years, but willing to make exceptions for the best candidate, you know who you are.
● Must be emotionally intelligent
